Business setup requests

We collect the business and contact details, site information, tag requirements, report needs and alert recipient you submit. We use them to review and respond to your setup request and discuss a pilot. Requests are stored using Cloudflare and are accessible to the Taproof supplier administrator. We do not send alerts to the recipient you name simply because you submit this form.

Requests remain stored until reviewed or removed; an automatic deletion period is not currently configured. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Do not include passwords, medical information or confidential incident details.

Accounts and inspection records

Private workspaces require an account and site membership. Account passwords are stored as hashes, and an essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Your manager controls site access. Inspection records include the inspector identity, time, answers, notes and follow-up. Customer-specific retention, responsibilities and service terms must be agreed before operational use.

Service providers and email

Cloudflare hosts the app and records. Resend processes fault emails when configured; email content and delivery information are processed by that provider. A European sending region does not mean all provider data stays in Europe. Deployment and email providers may process data outside the UK. Customer data-processing terms and appropriate safeguards require review before production use.

Public demonstrations

Demonstration links are public and show fictional records. Anyone with a demo link may view or change its records. Use fictional names and issues only. Do not enter real staff, resident or customer information.

Website

No advertising or analytics trackers have been intentionally added. Hosting services process connection information to deliver and protect the site. Contact us about privacy questions or complaints. This initial notice will be updated as the service and business details are finalised.
