TAP. CHECK. RECORD.

Every check.
A clear record.

Turn a tap on a room, machine or vehicle into a simple check. Keep the results and follow-up together, so your manager can see what needs attention.

Start with a small pilot built around your existing procedures.

A SIMPLE WORKFLOW

From the first tap
to the manager’s view.

The tag opens the right check. The record connects the result to its location and the action that follows.

01

Tap the right location

Fit an NFC tag to the asset or room. A staff member taps it with their phone to open its check.

02

Record what you find

Complete the agreed checklist and describe anything that needs attention.

03

Follow the issue through

The manager reviews saved records, adds follow-up and exports the history.

BUILT AROUND YOUR WORK

Different workplaces.
The same clear record.

Explore fictional examples, then tell us which checks and reports your business needs.

START SMALL. MAKE IT USEFUL.

Your procedure.
Your first checkpoints.

Tell us where your tags will go, what each one should open, who receives alerts and which reports matter. We review the requirements and agree the scope before operational use.

What we agree with you

  • Locations, assets and tag labels
  • Checklists and inspection frequency
  • Staff and manager access
  • Fault handling and report requirements
  • On-site testing and pilot support

Demonstrations use fictional records. Sector-specific checks require approval; fleet workflows need operator review. Care examples cover facilities only.

A few useful answers.

Do staff need to install an app?

The current Taproof workflows open in a phone’s browser. The phone needs to read NFC and have an internet connection; offline submission is not currently provided.

Can we use our existing inspection forms?

Use them as the starting point. Tell us the questions, readings, frequency and escalation procedure you need, and we will agree the checklist for your pilot.

Can managers receive email alerts?

The private pilot system supports fault emails to a configured recipient. Delivery must be tested for each customer; email should sit alongside your urgent reporting procedure. Public demos do not send emails.

How much does a pilot cost?

The scope depends on your sites, tags and setup needs. Submit a setup request and we will agree the scope and price with you. The form does not start a subscription.
